Higher Dose of Prozac for Anxiety, Depression and PTSD?

Does anyone here know how a higher dose of prozac (fluoxetine) might be beneficial to someone like myself who has acute anxiety, depression and ptsd? I'm talking to my psychiatrist tomorrow about me possibly having OCD, getting into therapy, etc. I don't know if there are any medicines that might help with panic attacks or if prozac would help. Thank you.

      I recently went from 20mg to 40mg of Prozac and am doing better. But it’s a slow process. I’m only 2 weeks on the new dose, so it’s still building up.

        @HCG2021 Yeah. I was on 40mg and felt like I was getting better so I went down to 20mg. Both doses did not give me significant improvement but they did help with suicidal ideation at least 60% of the time. Now I'm wondering if I have a more serious anxiety disorder like ocd and thinking maybe I need 60-80mg. I'm gonna talk to her about it.
