      @OodlesOfNoodles I have been on Flexeril 10mg at night for 27 years. For me it doesn't do anything for my muscles. It helps my brain go into a stage four sleep. Something you're lacking with fibro...

      After I started on Cymbalta for depression, my fibro flare-ups drastically declined and pain was less pronounced.

      I was just diagnosed and I was told the most important thing for treatment is good sleep. I'm getting prescribed a muscle relaxer that also helps me sleep at night. Is that what you've been told as well? I was also recommended water therapy
