Looking for Fibromyalgia Medication Recommendations

I started Cymbalta in January 2021 & felt sooo much better 6 weeks later! Combined with exercise, it was a gift! 🤗 However, now in a much more stressful season (trauma therapy job), I am flaring every day. I haven’t been exercising, & I know that is a factor for me! Doctor also stated that with an increase in stress levels, the dosage of my medication needs to increase. So will be starting those two things now! ☺️ Too much stress or anxiety leads to major flares unless I’m exercising & taking the right dose of Cymbalta to match the depletion that has happened in my brain.
