Fear of Going Blind: Is It Just Me?

I have fears like this all the time. My brain unfortunately suggests scary things and makes me stick to the thought. Got sick one day and went to the hospital cause i thought i was actively dying to anaphylaxis. I literally just ate too quick.

I'm glad I'm not alone, hopefully I can work through this fear I'm getting better and better I actually drove today!

ALL. THE. TIME. when I was little I would walk throughout my house pretending I'm blind just in case that were ever to happen Now that I'm older and my anxiety is more under control than it was I understand that that is near to impossible.

And I read that it's pretty rare

But im sure if that was the case it would have happened its been 2 months of extreme anxiety with this fear

I know thats what scared me
