@BumbleBees I get where you are coming from, I got food poisoning at Wendy's and to this day I avoid it. But I recognize that I do it bc I have attached it to a memory of me being sick so I connect it the me being sick. Try going to bakeries, restaurants etc. See what they make, notice how you feel about it. If it's a good feeling try buying it. Then if you really like it try even making it, you could have a friend over and have them try it. And go based off their feedback. Therefore imprinting a positive memory

Oh my gosh?? Dude I have done a 180 in the past year. I used to not be scared of shit, just slight social anxiety. Now? Oh my gosh I can’t do anything. I’m afraid with food, social situations, my health, you name it. I’m the worst with food and I’m becoming obsessive over it. Doesn’t taste right? Trash. Smells off? Trash. Exp date is coming up? Trash. Feels a tad too warm? Trash. Texture feels weird ? Trash. To the point where I’m wasting food constantly because I’m too scared. I don’t like going out in public very often and I don’t really trust anyone anymore. It’s rough

I'm with you on that, life can be scary but you'll never be able to continue your story if you stay on the same chapter. -Bl

@BlueCreature i’ve always had general fears like heights and spiders, now their to a level where i can step on a ladder without being afraid oh heights or i’ll see a spider on tv and freak out. I’m especially afraid of talking to new people and doing things that people can do so easily, i’m glad i’m not alone ❤️
