Struggling with the Progression of My Disability

I’m having a hard time coming to terms with just how far my NF has progressed and how much it limits me. I was physically disabled overnight in October last year when a tumor hit a point where it impacted my ability to move. There is nothing they can do for me at this point. Only pain management. No surgery. Nothing. I need a wheelchair now and am needing to seek out a service dog because of how bad it has become. I just want my life back.
