I'm in college right now and struggling with writing in my math and physics classes due to hand and wrist pain, any suggestions for accomodations? I type in English but it's hard to type in math!

    Having somebody assigned to take your notes for you and more time on exams to not have to write as fast

    I use a compression glove and that helps some! Also recording the lecture to go back through and pause to write things down helps a lot. Taking pictures of the board and putting them into a Google doc or goodnotes page is my go to.

    My physics class and chem lab last semester did my hands in and I never connected the dots on how it was all of the writing/drawing involved

    And I loved physics so it was almost worth it. My handwriting is nothing like it used to be which does make me sad
