hi, I'm not entirely sure how this works yet 😬 my tenosynovitis flared up last night and my wrist is killing me. I love crochet and it's winding me up that I can't do anything

1) STRETCHES! Look up "Artist stretches." When I work, I start with my arm and hand stretches, I also do my best to take a break every half hour of strain to stretch again, and again when I'm done working. 2) compression gloves! I prefer the fingerless kind, preferably with gripping glue dots on the palm. 3) OTC pain medications if all else fails for me.
