      This doesn't work for everyone, but I always tell myself that I will get through these moments, the really hard ones. Some days, I take the day minute by minute. That's the only reason I graduated high school. If you're like me, find reliable people to confide in! That's helped me so much (I need my best friend with me when I have episodes of hypomania so I don't do something stupid). Otherwise, maybe journal. Tell yourself something kind every day. You're doing your best, and that's what matters.

      Take everything a moment at a time. With ADD, I learned that when I start glitching verbally, I have overloaded myself and need to pause and reset. With Bipolar, I have more lows and manic mids, I keep positive thoughts and images around me. In my manic phase, I try to do the activities that take a lot of energy.
