Living with Mental Health Struggles

Prozac is my friend after the war. It really helps me sleep without getting vivid flashbacks.

This doesn't work for everyone, but I always tell myself that I will get through these moments, the really hard ones. Some days, I take the day minute by minute. That's the only reason I graduated high school. If you're like me, find reliable people to confide in! That's helped me so much (I need my best friend with me when I have episodes of hypomania so I don't do something stupid). Otherwise, maybe journal. Tell yourself something kind every day. You're doing your best, and that's what matters.
