Dealing with Prediabetes and ARFID: Feeling Lost and Alone

Hi, very recently diagnosed with prediabetes, the phone call was very short and abrupt and left me with nothing more than "watch your carb and sugar intake" and instructions to book more blood tests in three months. I've also recently come across ARFID, which sounds exactly like me, and I'm wondering how I'm ever going to change my diet enough to be healthy, it just feels so impossible... Me and my husband are also in the midst of trying to start our family which is causing its own stress right now... Just looking for people in similar situations I guess, because I don't feel like I have anyone I can really talk to/rant at about it all
