Anyone dealing with not getting pregnant due to mental health issues. I deal with panic attacks and am super worried about having them while pregnant. I have a lot of negative thoughts about morning sickness, aches and pains, thinking about labor. Anybody else going through this? I feel like everyone around me is getting pregnant and having children, and I’m stuck having panic attacks :(
