I think it depends on the person and how you tolerate it. I noticed more symptoms when I used it which would make me anxious and did not offer any benefits other than sometimes a better appetite.
It works well for me. It does affect my heart rate but only for a brief moment where it goes up about ten beats, sits for a few seconds, and goes back down to what it was before. Flower affects it way more than dabs. If I need to use a lot for pain or anxiety then I use a monitor so I know what my limits are and wait some time between hits. For POTS it is good to keep in mind depending on what you use it can affect your blood pressure. CBD (especially in isolates or high quality CBD weed) will lower blood pressure. Great for some not for all. In smaller quantities I dont notice any lowering though. Waiting five minutes to get up after a hit also helps not trigger the heart rate as much since your body has time to pass any symptoms. I smoke a shit ton and have minimal issues but mistakes have been made and were not fun. Always do research on weed and all your medical diagnosis’s before starting to smoke as weed is used for a lot of things and one small feature might not make it doable for certain conditions.

Has anyone tried medical marijuana? I’ve heard some people have had good results and some didn’t notice a difference in any pots symptoms.
