recs for tension headaches? i think im coming down w a head cold (and/or my lupus is flaring bc the weather has sucked)... i have this constant pressure near my temples and the back of my head is tender to touch. tylenol hasn't helped and im desperate for a solution bc im flying home next week and the flight could make it worse :/
