has anyone heard of alternative remedies to shrink ovarian cysts? Also, has anyone had unexplained weight gain ? I just had a cyst ruptured a couple weeks ago.

I take birth control to regulate my hormones which can be good for ovarian cysts. I've heard that you need to keep an eye on your diet to make sure you aren't eating too much estrogen that is naturally occurring in foods. They also say pelvic floor excerises can keep cysts from growing and rupturing. That being said, these are "solutions" and are just stuff that might work for some people

Birth control has always been highly recommended to me by doctors for my PCOS, especially after my (similar) surgery. I bet watching intake of foods with estrogen is also a great idea!
