Eating more complex carbs! I’ve been told to reduce my carb intake a lot which makes me sad, but recently a dietitian suggested I swap out like “normal carbs” for like whole grain and oats. If big changes in diet and exercise seem like a lot, something small like swap foods once in a while is better than nothing :)

One suggestion from the provided content is to follow pcos.weightloss on Instagram and watch her YouTube videos for diet and exercise tips. Another advice is to manage your diet well as it can help a lot with PCOS. Some people have found success with medications like metformin, which helps lower blood sugar, and ozempic injection, which manages appetite and helps with insulin resistance. However, these should be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
