Chest Pain and Uncertainty: Seeking Advice

Hi! I'm Robin. I had a very scary situation over the weekend that prompted me to call 911 for an ambulance. I had crushing, severe pain in my chest extending down to my left arm. After a thorough exam, and a two day stay, I was told that my heart is in great condition, and even though my heart enzymes were up, if ir was a heart attack, it was caused by stress, or maybe my medications. I've been home for two day, and the pain, ecen though not as severe has appeared again. It feels though now like it,could be gastrointestinal related. I have been taking BC powders for over 20 years for the migraines I get. I'm scheduled to return to work tomorrow. Don't know if I'm up to that. Thoughts?
