Anyone else basically trapped in a situation they want out of, but due to various reasons are trapped. really could do with advice or guidance on how to deal with it. thanks for reading

      @MetalheadRobb Gather evidence against her. That way if she retaliates you have proof. You do what's best for you and your child. If she doesn't have your child's interest at heart that's on her.

      In a way. I'm trapped in a body I don't want because of chronic pain. I wish I could be pain-free and able to do things again. It's hard mentally having a good brain, but physically not being able to do things. Not sure if that really helped but just know you're not alone.

        @eternalgemini not quite but technically It would be the same sort of thing. More that I'm trapped in a relationship in which I do pretty much everything in the home, deal with our son as she gets so angry over everything and when I do ask her for help which I find hard I get called simple or whatever other names she feels like calling me. Yet if I leave or contact social services I know full well she'll lie and twist everything make me the bad person
