Sounds like POTS potentially. So ask your GP if you can for a referral or I’ve heard sometimes GP’s diagnose it themselves

Yes, I get them all the time when I lay down for bed. I thought maybe it was anxiety about me going to bed. I'm really not sure, but I have a doctor's appointment next Monday and I plan on asking her about it and I will keep you in the loop
