Impulsivity and detachment on Zoloft

Anyone have issues with impulsivity on Zoloft? And an overall detached feeling to other people? Even specifically people who would normally trigger your anxiety? I’m not sure if I like that feeling of not giving a crap anymore or not…

Some medications will depress all your emotions, not just anxiety or depression. I'm on Wellbutrin and it's like that, no lows but no highs. So I also take Lexapro and together, I feel more like myself. You may need to add something or try a different medication. I'm sure I've tried Zoloft at some point but, I don't remember how it affected me.

Zoloft helps me to feel like myself again. I am able to enjoy life and not let the small stuff get to me as much. I guess it could be a detached feeling, but its not with everything or everyone. I am happy and have more positive feelings towards others.
