I honestly wish I had started using it sooner. In the couple of years since I started, I've found myself realising that I had done something without even really thinking about it beforehand, rather than falling into a pit of anxious panic. A few months ago I went through one of the most traumatic and stressful times in my life and was able to just keep putting one foot in front of the other rather than losing the plot. I've not noticed any negative side effects.
