so I'm sharing this hoping it helps someone ... I use an app called "youper' that helps me track how I feel, depression, anxiety,. etc. helps my doctor's too because they can see it. it asks the same general questions they do. I can also keep track of how I'm feeling in a moment. it suggests ways to feel better. plus completely free. I hope this helps someone
