Young and Diagnosed with Sleep Apnea - Anyone Else?

Sooo I'm 19 years old, was diagnosed with sleep apnea recently and was wondering if theres other young folk out there with sleep apnea? or if its just me lol

It took my partner watching me stop breathing (not just snoring) before they tested me. I think that it’s more rare for it to be caught in children because as the patient I didn’t know that I did it. But it’s way more common than people realize!

I started having symptoms at 30 and I am 36. The past 5 years have been a living hell. I have a Septorhinoplasty scheduled as I have multifactoral obstruction in my nose that prevents me from nasal breathing properly.
