Has anyone found yoga that is easy for beginners? I am overweight (down 65lbs) and don’t know where to start with getting into Yoga since I have fibromyalgia. Any apps or program recommendations would be great!

I really like yoga with adriene on YouTube. I did the Breathe 30 day session in the past. Some of it is more challenging but overall I think it's a good one.

YouTube ! Type in yoga for beginners and then you can learn the different types of yoga later but that will give you at least a start

I asked my doctor if yoga would be ok since I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and his words were "please. Yoga is the best thing you can do!"

I get overwhelmed by YouTube, so I use Pinterest and this wonderful book called "2,100 Asanas".
