I've been a yo-yo dieter for years. I always would jump from one diet to another. I never got the results that I wanted by using diet pills. I started watching my weight when I was only 14. I've always been a little on chunky side. I can't remember all of the diets that I've done. now I'm 36 and and for the pass 3 years. I've always watch what I ate or not eat at all. I've was 215 in 2019 and I was not happy with my weight. So now I barely eat anything. I don't eat 3 meals a day. At times I won't eat for the whole day and just eat at dinner time. in the past 6 months I lost 60 pounds. so I'm now 155. my doctor is worried bc I lost 60 real fast. I just want to know if anyone has gone through the same thing as me or close it.

      I started watching my weight and body shape since a very young age as well. Although sometimes I loose control with over eating and can not stop until what i am eating is gone. But most days..especially since I feel this uneasy dread towards my body shape and really hate eating. I have to force myself to eat, because I have kids and need to stay healthy for them. It is definitely exhausting. Hopefully you can receive the right kind of help soon. You deserve the best life has to offer and that includes a healthy body.
