      @moodymermaid3690 Do you get rebound anxiety. I have some xanax (they are about 8 years old) and they work OK but then after about 3 or 4 hours my anxiety is worse than before I took it. I take like. 5 mg

      I have been on it for 41 years at a very low-dose and I have never increased. I have been suffering from depression lately so my doctor is introducing me to Lexapro since it has anti-anxiety properties. The Xanax does make me a bit more sleepy than it used to when I was younger, I’m 62 now and I don’t have a high tolerance to anything

      Many do, however I don't. I have a high-tolerance toward most medications, however, so I think I'm the odd one. Most people I know who take it go out like a light. It's totally normal, as it doubles as a sedative.
