Does anyone have any advice for wrist pain after using forearm crutches? I’ve just started about a week ago and they have helped lots but my wrists and hands aren’t used to baring the weight. I’m sure it will get better in time but if anyone relates let me know.

When I broke my foot five times I How do use crutches but when I did I ended up just switching over to a knee scooter but I know what you’re talking about but how I ease my pain was leaving an ice pack on my wrist for about 10 to 15 minutes and then instantly switching it back to A heating pad And I would repeat that cycle back-and-forth for about an hour and it should help
I have to wrap my wrists or brace them.
