What's the Worst Part of BPD?

Needing my identity to solely be based on how well I treat other people and what they think of me 👍

Definitely lost sense of self for me. Apparently I cover that part well, my mother has always told me I've known exactly who I was since I was young... But just about every part of me has changed depending on who my favorite person was. I hate not knowing who I am, not having my own thing.

For me, the worst is being so reactive and fight-or-flight that it makes getting through the day very difficult. And basing my entire life and decisions off of other people cuz I don't really have my own opinions, just a desire to be validated if I make others' proud

Feeling unloved and abandonment issues 😥

I think for me the worst part is the identity issues: not having a clear sense of self, not knowing my own goals/values, or feeling deep down that I am "bad"
