Very minute weather factors such as atmospheric pressure, humidity, and even a few degrees in temperature can affect your fibro and a lot of other things listed in your profile. Quality and duration of sleep can affect nearly all of it, too.

Yes!! My pain has been so horrible. It’s the weather change. especially where I’m at, it’s super irregular
