Worse Side of Body?

Definitely my left has more pain and weaker, but I've found that most of the lower body stuff happens on my left side and upper body stuff on the right. Idk why

You're definitely not alone. My worst side for most of my life was my right side, but now it's my left. My left hip hip is so bad that I can't lay on my left side anymore. It's so painful, and it feels like I'm laying on rocks. One of my doctors thinks it's from the bursitis. I don't know if that's true, but it's tough on my right side too since I sleep on my side. Not just you. I get kinda flairs when everything goes wrong at once. Right hip pain, tendonitis in my right shoulder, unstable right ankle. My doctor can't explain. I have arthritis in my left thumb but everything else is my right side.
