Worried About My Friends

It's natural to worry, and to feel anxiety at the thought of growing apart. However, there's nothing you can do about the situation right now. Just hang in there and try to stay more positive. It will all turn out as it should.

This is a hard one. I have been in a similar situation where I have texted my friend to check in and I'd hear back from them like 3 weeks later. In my experience, the reality was that this person doesn't have the energy to maintain a consistent friendship right now. I still check on her a few times a month and I'm here when they're ready but other than that, there isn't much else you can do for now.
