getting really worried atm. I've been on antipsychotics for almost 8 years now and I am on the highest dose, I've had to switch meds a few times due to tardive dyskenesia as well. I think they are maybe slowly wearing off. I'm getting more and more hallucinations and dealing with some derealization and depersonalization as well. what does one do after they stop working?? am I just stuck like this again?? I'm so scared of losing everything after I finally started feeling real. I'm going to see my therpaist tomorrow and get in contact with my psych but I'm just so scared

Hey friend I don't really know what you are going through but i know this too shall pass. Do something relaxing or something that helps you reset. I really like to shower or take a bath. It resets my mind, calms me down, soothes any sore muscles and I'm clean by the end of it. Or maybe read a book, drink a glass of water, eat some food. I hope you are okay my friend
