Hi, has anyone found it difficult to work full time with their illness? I work 50-60 hours a week on average in a corporate job. I don’t want to quit but it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage. Can anyone relate or does anyone have any tips or advice?

I had to leave my corporate management job 7months ago because I had no way to prioritize my health and I full on crashed. Had a physical and mental break down. I’m just now getting back on my feet and trying to figure out what I can even do. I also worked this job for 7 years and after becoming ill the way my brain works changed and has made me less able to do the same tasks. I couldn’t keep up but I kept pushing myself to suck it up and I crashed. You gotta find a balance

Well I can’t really relate to working in a corporate job but I can relate to working in the fast food industry for many years and I’ve worked 50-60 hours a week and it was stressful and frustrating at times
