Managing Dysautonomia Symptoms: Nausea and Vertigo

What do you do for work with dysautonomia with symptoms like nausea and vertigo? I was just diagnosed with dysautonomia and I have to normally drive 30 mins (several miles) away from home but I severely do not feel well. I almost passed out driving a few days ago and was sent to the ER in an ambulance. I’m just trying to figure out how to navigate this disorder.

Hope you get better soon. I would suggest getting a work from home job if possible, or write a letter to HR to accommodate you and allow u to work from home when not feeling good. Dysautonomia is a disability and employers should accommodate u based on ADA, it's called Workplace Accommodations. You can also request to leave early or arrive late based on how you feel
