I’m a shop hand at a tattoo shop. I spend about 30 minutes cleaning in the morning which is the hardest part and then I’m able to sit for about 80-90% of the job. My boss is very flexible when it comes to my doctor’s appointments as well so it’s a fantastic fit.

i do data entry/cleanup for a local nonprofit. it's 25 hours a week and mostly work from home, i only need to go in on mondays to deal with mailed donations. it's minimum wage so i'm struggling with that, but the low hours and working from home have vastly improved my ability to manage my pain and fatigue. before this i was working warehouse jobs and it was horrible 😔

I have a graphic design internship that is only 3 days a week. I'm currently looking into spreading the same amount of hours over 4 days at the recommendation of my OT

I work as a transporter and case aid assistant for Child Welfare. I mainly drive and take down case notes. And now my level is mild. I was working as a vet tech and it was extremely laborious and I was more at moderate because it exhausted me so much. If you can find something that’s not as laborious it really helps with the fatigue. I feel like I can actually do my chores and take care of myself when I get home
