Words of Affirmation for a Tough Semester

Just know you don’t need to please everyone. You just need to get the work done then you can do what you want. I’m not in university but I have struggled all through highschool. And I think it’s just different for everyone. The school system isn’t meant for Neurodivergent people. It sucks.

You've shown your strength and resilience and determination in how far you've come, which means you have a reservoir from which to draw. That reservoir will continue to support you and to supply you with what you need most in these last weeks. You are worthy and capable, and you matter.
