I'm having upper left abdominal pain..losing weight..burning like pain in my left breast occasionally diarrhea...has anyone else experienced this

I went last Wednesday for endoscopy he said I had a spchinter he tried stretching it but it started bleeding I have to go have in stretched 2 more times
