Withdrawal Symptoms from Stopping Lamictal and Hydroxyzene Cold Turkey

I look Lamictal, along side Hydroxyzene(?) for anxiety, for quite a few years. Around the end of November last year, 2021, i stopped cold turkey because for some reason, without telling me, my insurance no longer went through, so I've been kind of free ballin life rn and it's been a rough few months, I had a small seizure about 4 weeks after i stopped taking them and was wondering about any side effects or withdrawal symptoms yall may have had? I also struggle with a skin condition which, sadly and annoyingly, is almost similar in looking with the rash that can sometimes occur when taking Lamictal. I cant afford to go to the doctor's right now and am also starting work for the first time in awhile without my meds so im also anxious about that and idk what this post is for or about but I havent been unmedicated in a LONG time and it's been really f***ing weird to try and exist by myself.

I went off lamictal for like a seizure monitoring. It really sucked. It has to be strange to say the least . I haven't had any meds for years .

I’m still on Lamictal atm so I can’t really share any withdrawals I’ve had from stopping cold turkey, but whenever I haven’t been able to take it on time or forget a day, I get really vivid dreams, somehow feel awake AND tired at the same time, dissociate, and overall lethargic. I wouldn’t stress about the seizure btw because I believe that is a risk that can happen if Lamictal is stopped suddenly. I wish you the best and I’m sorry you’re in this situation.
