Withdrawal Symptoms and Suicidal Thoughts

Withdrawals from venlafaxine are absolutely horrible for me. I know when I forget to take it if I miss a day because I feel so sick and nauseous by the next day. I tried switching antidepressants for 1. if it helps PMDD and 2. to get rid of such a drug, but realised it as an antidepressant actually helps me a lot. Sad to say I'm stuck with it 😥 Not great to be tied to it but as long as I don't feel depressed I'm happier.
