You will get better. Be sure to reach out to a mental health professional, family and friends for support. Also look into a support group, sometimes centers for mental health have them ore even online. We must be patient through out journey with ourselves. Just waking up every day is progress because for some it's too late. I encourage you to write in a journal everyday to unload tour feelings. You are strong and capable. ❤️

I’m wondering the same thing for myself. Heard that it just takes some time. I would like to hope that we all do get better eventually though. <3

you never know. possibly. its likely. theres a chance everything does work out and i’ve found that id rather keep going in the slim chance that it does then give up without seeing it through

Are you on any medication or go to therapy? I know it’s hard but it helps so much

it might not be easy, it might take a long time, but if you put in the work and find the right support system and environment yes, you will get better <3
