I have a lot of pain all over. I just reinjured an old break in my pinky toe. Seems like now my nerves are overreacting and my arm pits are super sensitive. Of course I'm using crutches, which may be part of the problem.

I experience pain in different ways and intensity. However, I’ve been recalibrating my brain for the last months and it works to manage the pain. The program is ran by Ashok Gupta.

Yep, and hard to get my three year old grandson to understand please don't push or bump me or jump on me like that. It might not hurt you but is does me. I even showed him what sometimes his pokes and jumps feel like to me by taking one finger and pushing a sensitive area until he said stop. But trying to explain to one his age is hard.

I understand! When I had my second daughter is when my fibromyalgia really showed up hard! I already had my 5 year old step son and 1 1/2 year old daughter to deal with. It was the hardest time of my life! Especially since I didn't know at the time what was wrong.

I went thru a head to toe flare myself this year...it was the worst experience of my life! I had bad anxiety attacks over it as well. Praying this flare will pass soon!

I think I'm pre menopausal. I seat horribly at night. I change my clothes and the AC 25 times a day. Which is hell because my skin too burns and hurts most days.

Every single day. I find myself snapping at my poor 3 .5 yr old grandson when he puts pressure. I tell him daily he needs to be gentle as if I'm like his baby brother.

It makes me think of my nephew. He is not gentle with touch. He has a bad habit of slapping everything.

I'm in constant pain all over. My feet, ankles, and toes never stop moving. And I mean never! I also have a herniated disc and sciatica plus OA all over my body. I'm also pre menopausal. It's very overwhelming and there are so many different doctors to see. I'm going to try injections again but last time they made me feel horrible.

I had a hysterectomy and when the bioidentical female hormone levels are off, I ache worse and my kegs and feet burn. Not sure how old you are but if even pre menopause it effects fibro. I have thyroid issues and that also can make things worse. Other than that sugar kills me along with gluten and nightshades. Potatoes really get me. I still eat them at times and pay for it.

Yes. I get different kinds of pain depending on the day & what I've been doing. Sometimes OTC meds help, sometimes supplements help, and sometimes I need prescriptions & a day in bed along with a lot of patience.

Yes... does anything help you guys for this? My joints don't hurt other than my whole spine but every cell in my body has this deep burning achy type pain. Does anyone have anything that relieves it?

That’s how my skin is! From face to toes, everything is hurting burning and tingling. It’s frustrating. I have found that some neuropathy creams work for a short while. Also Vicks vapo rub, believe it or not. I also sometimes use a couple drops of peppermint oil. My doctor gave me lidocaine patches but they just keep falling off, especially in hot weather.
