Why I Joined Alike: My Story

Because I'm a mama who suffers from chronic illness that makes me a sloth, with an active family that I'm trying to keep up with, and I sometimes want to vent to someone other then my poor husband who is sympathetic but has no point of experience to reference to actually understand what I am going through.

Brainstorm ways to be more productive in spite of my conditions.

I wanted to find someone who gets what I'm going through

To find someone to chat with that can relate and understand

Depression, postpartum, adhd and PMDD. Needed people I can relate to and could relate to me

It's validating knowing I'm not struggling alone

Because being alone with my depression is worse 😅
