Why did you download this app?

i saw an ad on tiktok when my mental health was incredibly low and decided "why not" because i need any help i can get

I downloaded this app because I recently acknowledged my autism. My family never acknowledged it to me, so I never knew until I researched some symptoms because I realized that I have behaviors that most people don't. For example, I rock back and forth often. My family would either Ignore it or tell me to stop. So when I found out I have autism (the other day). I found this app to talk to people and hear their experiences

I wanted to check it out I just downloaded it yesterday not a huge fan
