You can see a pharmacist to get a consultation and see what they think you have to be able to get something to relieve the itching. I’m addition to the above, my little one uses cortizone but make sure that’s what you have first.

My 8 year old gets eczema flare ups due to food allergies but not limited to that, if I change laundry detergent, lotions, going from hot to cold or vice versa. Not sure if it’s the same issue with you but if it is, make sure to use laundry detergent without perfumes or dyes, Aveeno body wash, aquaphor helps keep the skin hydrated. Several things can make the skin flare up. He has food allergies to peanut butter, egg whites and wheat. He normally gets it behind his legs or on the inside part of the arm/ other side of elbow.

I get this red blotchy rash or spots near ankles after my 12 hour shifts. Kinda painful and itchy and can barely walk next day. Drs can't tell me what it is. Can you put pictures on here?
