I haven’t been able to find many accessible specialists, but the book “Feeling Unreal” by Dr. Daphne Simeon has a lot of info/recommendations and references many research specialists! Dr. Evan Torch considers himself a worldwide expert on the subject and has published some dpd specific literature as well. I think he has a practice in Georgia if that’s accessible to you!

        @mia_lillliana it started w being in a setting where i felt alone. i was trying to talk to people and they weren't listening so i felt as though i wasnt real i wasnt there, i dissociated badly.

          @niyniy im sorry, maybe try seeing a therapist who specializes is dissociative disorders and get their opinion?? most the time you have to fix the root of what caused your depersonalization for the symptoms in your case the depersonalization to go away
