When will my hunger come back?

When are my hunger cuts going to come back? I'm doing my best to eat more and I'm doing my best to pay attention to my body, but I don't remember what it feels like to be hungry. The closest I've gotten is being nauseous and somehow food fixes that, but that feels wrong?
