When to Seek Medical Advice for Conceiving?

How long is long enough to try to conceive before seeking medical advice? I am 31 and trying to conceive with my first child. My husband and and I have been trying for about 4 months so far. I have heard that the year mark is average.

One year. It took me eight months to get pregnant after starting to try. I was blessed with a beautiful daughter who is now 19. I was never able to have more children. I did not have endo but my daughter does. I don’t look forward to the struggles that she may have in the future.

I say go ahead and seek medical help if you feel the need to. There’s nothing wrong with checking

My cousin tried having a baby for a full year then decided to get tested to see if there were any issues between her and her husband. They ended up with twins but only after doing a procedure
