Yes, wheelchairs can help with P.O.T.S. One user mentioned that getting a wheelchair helped them go to school and shop without getting really dizzy. It is considered a tool to improve quality of life rather than "giving up."

A big trigger from pots is standing up, or staying standing for a long time. I have to use a wheelchair anytime I leave the house because I constantly fall down, and Oftentimes faint due to my pots. Having my wheelchair gives you a lot more freedom and it prevents injuries (hitting your head on sidewalk is not fun)

Wheelchairs give you freedom they don't take it away. If you are currently not leaving the house because you can't mobilise for example a wheelchair would help.

They can help with symptoms, especially if your symptoms flare up when you have to stand for too long.
