I set an alarm on my phone and also have a morning/evening pill box. The morning pills are easier for me to remember its the evening ones that I have to set an alarm for

I use an app called Mango Health Some of my medicines I take as needed so for me I find the app helpful because it gives an option for as needed and then it will keep track if you clicked that you took it along with any medication for the day it has notifications too
I hope that's understandable

Take them at the same time every how many times so you get into a routine with taking them so then you will train your brain and it will just become 2nd nature. Like I took my morning meds at 8am every single morning so I would set my alarm to get up (7:30) this gave me a half an hour to go to the bathroom and make a cup of coffee, I would take my meds with water and then I could start eating and drinking since it has to be taken before I eat or drink anything other then water. Then I would go about my day until 7:30pm when I would take my meds, then I would go get ready for bed. That trained my brain to take them after I wake up and right before bed.
