Can't Sleep Without Ambien, What Should I Do?

I ran out of my ambien and don't know if I will have it tomorrow so no sleep tonight. can you sleep without your meds? I took my one but can't seem to sleep without this.

I suggest you take over the counter antihistamine or melatonin. Tolerance to the antihistamines sedative effect can develop quickly but one time using may still be effective.

I take Ambien as well. If l run out l do not sleep.. You might try Tylenol PM it might work
