Started Wellbutrin XR about a week ago…feeling quite good but still experiencing slight headache, slight nausea, increased swallowing and belching…anyone else? Does it get better?

I recently started that as well. I had really bad nausea for about two weeks but now I feel great

Yup. It gets better. I eventually cut my dose in half because it made me too tense. Doctor okayed. Been on it for 10+ years. Totally helps my depression. Can’t live without it. Hang in there and do what’s right for you with your doctors guidance. You’ll find what works. Took me a couple of years before I got the right meds and the right dosage for both of them.

I’ve been on it since 2008 and I had similar symptoms at first and took a month to really subside, if you can hang in there and give it a couple more weeks you may reap some great benefits from it.

I experienced that recently when they upped my dosage. It got better in 2-3 weeks. The med works great for me. Hang in there 😊

wellbutrin doesn’t really start significantly working until about the 6-8 week mark although there may be improvements in the first few weeks. i’d say that if you are experiencing a lot of discomfort, you should talk to your doctor and maybe find something else ❤️ i would wait another week and see if the symptoms get better
